Yes! A 50% deposit is due up front on the day of booking, however, you can take care of the rest in 1, 2, or 3 payments, with the last being due 30 days prior to the event.
Through your client portal and email are definitely the best ways to communicate with me. Especially if there are several points you'd like to discuss or several questions you have. If you can bullet-point them, even better! I return emails as soon as I possibly can, but typically within 48 business hours. If it is an emergency, PLEASE call me. I may not be able to answer due to being in another meeting or at an event, but leave a voicemail. I will return your call as soon as I can. I may use texting as a method of communication from time to time.

Short answer? With a lot of grace for others! I typically stay very calm in stressful situations, and ask myself "what am I in control of in this moment?" and move from there. I also thrive on list making. If there are a lot of fires to put out, I absolutely stick to my lists and handle them one by one. You will not typically ever see me upset or not in control of any situation that comes my way. If it happens, we handle it. Or create a plan to handle it.
